Aux app

Aux is collaborative music studio platform designed to revolutionize the music industry. It empowers users—musicians, producers, and podcasters—to share files, play tracks, sync projects, chat in real time, comment with timestamps, and connect digital audio workstation (DAW) files to work in projects remotely. With a vibrant community of thousands, Aux facilitates connections for everything from studio space to innovative collaborations.

Talking to target users was crucial to understanding their workflows and pain points.

I conducted 10 initial semi-structured interviews to learn how they collaborate remotely, the challenges they face, and what could enhance their experience. My goal was to align the business objectives with user needs as closely as possible while identifying potential friction points within the current app.
