Pollinations

Pollinations is a platform that democratizes generative art, offering free tools for users to create AI-generated media, as well as professional services like custom media production and an API for seamless integration. The challenge: communicate the platform’s complex offering in a visually striking and intuitive way.

I was brought on to develop a cohesive design system and elevate the platform’s visual identity — crafting an interface that feels just as creative as the technology behind it.

Pollinations needed a unified design language that could appeal to two very different audiences:

  • Casual users looking to experiment with generative art

  • Professional clients and developers exploring custom services or API integration
